Lead Retrieval

Exhibitors have the option to use Cvent's LeadCapture app and purchase licenses to use the app to scan attendee badges at your tabletop exhibit. Badge data is limited to the attendee's name, email, company, and title. If you require more detail such as country or phone number, you must ask for this during your interaction with the attendee. USENIX does not provide, maintain, or distribute leads and contact information and is not responsible for technical or user errors.

Your exhibit's admin can place the order within the Cvent exhibitor portal and request an invite by emailing sponsorship@usenix.org. Please advise your onsite staff to download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before arriving at the venue. Our ability to troubleshoot onsite is limited. Here are instructions on how to use the app.

FedEx Onsite Shipping Instructions

International Shipping

When shipping internationally, label all packages to your company's onsite point of contact. USENIX does not handle customs clearance or provide staff identification for customs purposes. Your company is solely responsible for ensuring shipments clear customs.

Outbound

Hold onto your boxes if your team needs to ship back items. Please have prepaid, pre-printed labels ready in advance and coordinate with the FedEx office at the venue.

Exhibitor-only Registration

Exhibitor-only badges are required for those staffing a table.

  • Exhibitor-only badges are separate entities from conference passes or any sponsor passes that may be part of your sponsorship.
  • Sponsorship will email the main point of contact with the registration link.

Important: Anyone registered to attend sessions (i.e., a full conference pass) may double as an exhibitor, and they do not need to register as an exhibitor. Exhibiting staff who would also like to attend sessions will not be allowed unless registered as a full attendee with either a sponsor pass or a regular registration.
